We provide POSH ACT Compliance Corporate Consultancy Services and help corporates make their workplaces safe for women.
WE SPREAD AWARENESS ABOUT POSH
We conduct Posh awareness workshops for corporate employees with the objective of making them aware about why POSH act came into being, what is sexual harassment, why is to be prevented and how is to be prevented.
WE ORIENTATE IC MEMBERS
We conduct orientation training for Internal Committee members of corporates and help them understand their roles and responsibilities and how they can ensure that sexual harassment is prevented prohibited and redressed. .
WE CARRY OUT POSH COMPLIANCE AUDITS
We help corporates review the status of their compliance to POSH Act provisions by conducting audits, and thereafter we help the corporates plug the gaps if any and ensure that they are complying with the act.
WE PROMOTE POSH AS A CSR ACTIVITY
It is important that the provisions of POSH Act are implemented in letter and spirit if one wishes to see the desired change taking place in our society with regard to gender equality. We motivate corporates to take it up as CSR.
